Dhamma Sudha is the Vipassana centre of the Meerut Vipassana Sansthan, on Tower Road in Hastinapur, about three hours by road from Delhi. It runs the standard 10-day silent course in the S.N. Goenka tradition roughly twice a month, plus short and Satipatthana courses for past students, free of charge.
