What we are (and aren't)

RetreatAdvisors is an information and community platform. We describe retreats and send you to each retreat's own website. We are not a travel agent, we don't take bookings or payments, and we're not a party to any arrangement between you and a retreat. Always confirm prices, dates, policies and suitability directly with the retreat.

Information on the site

We research listings from official sources, but details change and mistakes happen. Information is provided “as is” without warranties. Nothing on the site is medical, legal or financial advice. Consult a qualified doctor before any treatment, fast or physically demanding programme.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone.

What you post

• You keep ownership of your posts. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (for formatting) and share them as part of running and promoting RetreatAdvisors.
• You confirm your posts are your own, truthful to your experience, and follow the community guidelines.
• You must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing, misleading, or that impersonates someone, or anything prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, and we act on lawful orders and valid complaints.

Links to retreat websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, offers or conduct.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any experience at a retreat. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

Grievances

Complaints about content or these terms: hello@retreatadvisors.in. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
