Dhamma Pala is Madhya Pradesh's Vipassana centre, set near the Kerwa Dam on Bhopal's green south-western edge, and has run residential courses year-round since 2009. Like all centres in the S.N. Goenka tradition it teaches the 10-day silent course free of charge.
