Bethsaida Hermitage is a small Ayurveda resort set in beachside gardens at Pulinkudi, a few kilometres south of Kovalam. Guests can stay on bed-and-breakfast terms or book doctor-led Ayurveda packages of one to four weeks with treatments, vegetarian meals, yoga and meditation.
