Sadhana Kendra Ashram is a meditation ashram on the Yamuna in the foothills west of Dehradun, founded in 1990 by Chandra Swami Udasin and run by the Seekers Trust. Visitors follow a strict daily routine of four group meditations, a question-and-answer satsang and seva, and stay only with prior permission.
