Any genuine retreats for a weekend from Delhi or Gurugram?

Question

Not looking for a resort with a spa. Something with actual practice.

A few honest options:

• [Om Shanti Retreat Centre](/retreats/om-shanti-retreat-centre) is about 2 hours from Delhi, on the Gurugram side. The Brahma Kumaris run weekend Rajyoga meditation courses (Friday to Sunday) and family retreats on fixed dates; courses are generally free, so confirm when registering.
• Rishikesh is a long drive (often 6 hours or more) or a short flight to Dehradun. With a Friday off, a 3-night ashram stay works well: [Anand Prakash](/retreats/anand-prakash-yoga-ashram) encourages at least 3 nights, and [Parmarth Niketan](/retreats/parmarth-niketan) has no stated minimum.
• For a luxury weekend, [Ananda in the Himalayas](/retreats/ananda-in-the-himalayas) allows short 2–3 night stays without a full programme.
